Outstanding Question

"Fantastic great"

Smells like fabric softener

"A very strong scent of fabric softener. Some reviews mention acceleration in CP soap, but that didn't happen for me. (My recipe is 60% soft oils and I soap at room temp with 40% lye concentration. ) In fact, I was disappointed at how slow-moving my batter was because I was trying to do stripes and kept waiting for my layers to set up! But soap is unpredictable that way."

I'm not sure about this one. . .

"It's very strong and I can smell a small hint of lavender, but after I made my CP with it, it smells like strong fabric softener to me, not what I was expecting after reading the reviews. I'm just not sure about this one. I'm hoping the scent will fade a little during cure."

True Lavender Scent

"True lavender scent. NOT a fake perfume lavender scent, but a very fresh, floral, herbaceous and slightly camphorous lavender. I didn't like it oob, so it sat on my shelf for a couple of years. Good gravy. . . turned it into soap and it's AMAZING! I sell 8 different lavender soaps, both eo and fo, so this will make 9. Yaaaayyy for crazy! It did accelerate a bit so be ready for it. I would have given it 5 stars but had to knock a star off for the acceleration. Scent-wise it's a 25. If you cp this start with a whisk or hand stir. Depending on your oil blend you may not need to stick blend at all. I sure didn't."

Smells like laundry soap.

"I ordered this fo based off the name and description, for wax melts. I was not expecting it to smell like laundry soap. I could see it being used in hand soap maybe but its a no from me for wax melts."

Crazy Acceleration!

"I wasn't crazy with the scent OOB but decided to CP soap with it anyway because my husband loved the smell. I soaped cool with 63% soft oils - 55% of which was pure olive oil. Everything was mixed in the batter and it was emulsified, not even at light trace. I used a slow moving recipe with the intention of doing a funnel pour in a cylinder mold. However, as soon as the fragrance was added and I began to incorporate it with a whisk, the batter almost immediately started to thicken. Realizing I had to move quicker than I already was, I ditched the funnel thinking faux funnel would be better. About half way through pouring the batter was so thick I ended up plopping the rest into the mold. In my opinion it smells better in the soap (so far) than OOB, but I probably won't soap with it again because of the acceleration. I would consider it for candles."

CP wonderfully

"This oil works nicely in CP soap. It is a mixer also in CP and bath bombs. In other words, it's the bomb!"
