Free Shipping

We love making it easier to stock up. Nature’s Garden offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $125 within the contiguous U.S.

A few quick notes:

  • Free shipping applies before taxes and after discounts

  • Freight orders aren’t eligible for free shipping




Shipping & Ownership

All orders placed on our website ship directly from Nature’s Garden facilities. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed off to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.

Shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping charges will be billed back to your original payment method.


International Orders

Due to increased international regulations, we no longer ship directly outside the U.S. (outside of Canada).

Many international customers choose to use a freight forwarder. If you go this route:

  • Place your order as usual

  • Select PayPal at checkout

  • Use the shipping address provided by your freight forwarder

Please note: once an order ships to a freight forwarder, Nature’s Garden is not responsible for customs issues, damages, delays, or lost packages—and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for these orders.




Delivery Details

We currently ship via FedEx and USPS, though carriers may change as needed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but in rare cases (hello, complex orders 👋), charges may need to be billed separately. By placing your order, you authorize us to charge applicable shipping costs to your payment method.

Every order receives a unique order number and is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact our HUG Line at 1-440-647-0100, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages—especially those delivered without a signature—are unfortunately outside our control. If this happens:

  • Call the HUG Line and we’ll assist with a tracer or claim

  • Please note investigations can take time

  • If theft is confirmed, we recommend filing a police report




Returns & Claims

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final, including fragrance, wax, colorants, and Bath & Body products.

That said, we’ve got your back if:

  • An item is missing

  • You received the wrong product

These issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

To start a claim, contact us at 1-440-647-0100 or info@naturesgardencandles.com. Incorrect items must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping must be prepaid and insured by the customer.




Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it’s locked in. Orders cannot be canceled, edited, combined, or modified—so please double-check everything before clicking “Place Order.”

If an order is canceled due to non-payment (including unpaid shipping on freight orders), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
