Floral Bath Salts Recipe

7. 1100 grams Epsom Salt

8. 108 grams Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI)

9. 6 tablespoons Rose Buds & Petals Red

10. 4 tablespoons Lavender Flowers

11. 2 tablespoons Elder Flowers

12. 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Dust Mica Pigment

13. 30 grams Chance of a Lifetime Fragrance Oil

14. Before beginning, clean and sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves and protective clothing while preparing this recipe.

15. Step 1: First, you will need to get out a large mixing bowl and your scale. Measure out 1100 grams of Epsom Salt and place in the bowl. You can also use a Ziploc Bag for this recipe if you prefer, which will make the cleaning process easier.

16. Step 2: Then, weigh out and add to that same bowl 30 grams of the Chance of a Lifetime fragrance oil. Allow the salt to absorb the fragrance.

17. Step 3: Once it has dried up some, you can add 108 grams of SCI to the same mixing bowl. Mix them up until combined.

18. Step 4: Next, you can incorporate the rose petals, lavender flowers, and elder flowers into the mixture using a tablespoon measurement. Before adding the red rose petal, we chose to break them up into smaller pieces. Mix again until the herbs are evenly dispersed.

19. Step 5: Now, sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of the Diamond Dust Mica Pigment and combine it into the mixture.

20. Step 6: Finally, spoon the mixture into each of the 5 eight ounce jars. Place a lid on the jars.

21. Step 7: When using the bath salts, simply place a scoop or two into your bath water. If you do not want the herbs floating in your tub, you can alternatively fill a teabag with the salt mixture and place the tea bag into your bathtub.

22. Your floral bath salts are now complete! Enjoy!
