Geode Bath Bomb Recipe

1. *This recipe is best prepared in non-humid climates.

2. Before you start, clean and sanitize your work area as well as all of your packaging materials. We also suggest wearing gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while creating this bath fizzy recipe.

3. Begin by weighing out the baking soda and citric acid in a deep mixing bowl. Blend the ingredients together.

4. In a separate small bowl, melt the 100 grams coocnut oil 76.

5. Then, add 6 grams of the Citrine Spark Fragrance Oil, 6 grams polysorbate 80, and the coconut oil to the powdered mixture. Mix until evenly blended.

6. Separate the mixture. Place 450 grams of the mixture into a deep mixing bowl. Set aside the remaining mixture, it will remain white. In the deep mixing bowl, add 3 grams Onyx Sparkle Mica. Mix.

7. Next, you will need the bath bomb molds. We will not be filling the molds, instead, we will be using 11 halves. Place them in front of you.

8. Begin filling the molds. You do not want to fill the molds completely. You need to create a bowl shape so that it is hollow in the center and can be filled with salt in a later step. Each mold will need about 30-45 grams of the black mixture.

9. At this time, you will need the white mixture you set aside earlier. If you would like some extra sparkle, add a couple grams of the diamond dust mica. Fill each mold with about 10-15 grams in the same manner you did with the black mixture. Once again, you want to maintain a bowl shape.

10. Prepare the Epsom salt. You will need the three small bowls. To each bowl, add about 30 grams Epsom Salt. To one bowl, add about 1 gram 24K Gold Mica. To the second bowl, add 1 gram 24K Gold Mica and 1 gram Summer Sunshine Shimmer. To the third bowl, add 1 gram Summer Sunshine Shimmer and 1 gram Tangerine Tango. Mix the contents of each bowl. You can also play with color cimbinations to acheive your desired colors.

11. Next, add the salt to the center of the bath bombs. Add a little bit of each color until you are satisfied with the results.

12. Allow the bath bombs to harden.

13. Once set up, remove the bath bombs from the molds. If you would like a little sparkle, dust the entire bath bomb with some additional mica.
