Cut soap base into small cubes and melt in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals until fully liquefied. Stir in ½ to 1 tablespoon of body-safe fragrance oil per pound of soap and add a few drops of color if desired. Pour into molds, let cool at room temperature, and remove once hardened.
