All Natural Unscented Lip Balm Base

General Directions: Melt the lip balm base thoroughly before adding flavor and sweetener to ensure smooth blending and optimal scent throw. Use lip-safe flavoring oils or essential oils—never fragrance oils—and lip-safe colorants only. For a standard recipe, combine 1 lb melted base with 2–3 packets of stevia and 5 tsp flavoring. To make solid perfume, melt the base, then add 1–5% body-safe fragrance oil (per IFRA guidelines), pour into containers, and allow to cool completely. Always label finished lip products in accordance with FDA labeling requirements.
