"The pumps are fine but first you need to take a set of pliars to each one and gently grip the clear base and turn to unlock. Then relock, but not too tight, before placing in bottle. Hope this helps those struggling with the pumps not unlocking."

"The Price of the pump top is so affordable that I have ordered several hundred in a pinch! After giving the product several attempts at correcting the issues with the dispensing. They are still and inferior product. The top unlocks so difficult that customer feedback is negative. NG -please find another distributor & product!"

"Normally love Nature's Garden products, but the black pumps are too tight to get unloosed in order to be used. Unfortunately, since I won't be able to sell these on products to my customers, I'll have to purchase some elsewhere."
