"This scent is awful. I’m embarrassed to report not one sold at a recent event. I must remove this from my product line immediately! This product can ruin my reputation! I should have tossed it out when I noticed how faint it was during testing! Totally disappointed in this company. I’m not sure if there’s new ownership but things have gone down dramatically."
"Candy Cane FO is one of my absolute favorites for Christmas. If you have not tried it, do yourself a favor and stock up. . . its amazing! Because I'm in Canada, I hoard this oil. . . lol. . . . only to be used in soap for close friends and family. Now I'm super sad . . . because the shipping costs are more than double the cost of the FO. Hopefully one day soon I'll be able to order again ! 🤞🏼"
"This is the only NG scent that I have not liked. I emailed them asking if perhaps the batch was bad, as it smells like fuel. They sent me a one time courtesy replacement and it smelled exactly the same as the other bottle. Definitely do not recommend this one! If you are looking for a gasoline or fuel smell this one may be able to pass for that, otherwise definitely not candy cane."
"Everytime we receive our order of fragrance oils, its like Christmas Morning! Opening up each one to see what they smell like! This scent is very strong right out of the bottle! When mixed with the "Sugar Cookie" oils, this makes incredible smelling soy wax candle!"
"This was very disappointing. I definately will not buy this again. The fragrance smells synthetic and nothing like a candy cane. I had to use A LOT of titanium dioxide and still could not get it my soap white on my first batch of cp soap. I made second batch and mixed 25% of this fragrance with 75% peppermint essential oil so I can use it up and it turned out really nice. I still had to use a lot of T. D but the white portion of my soap was much better."
"This fragrance oil doesn't smell anything like candy canes. It smells like a sugary sweet chemical. Very perfumy. Hoped once it was diluted with reed diffuser base it would improve, but it didn't help. Won't buy this one again."
"I've been getting a lot of fragrances from NG for a while and haven't had any bad ones, until now. Got this based off reviews, was super excited to start making Christmas candles. This smells like chemicals, reminds me of an auto body shop. There's the tiniest bit of mint, you have to get through the chemical smell first though. Very bummed. I can't even put this in my candles."

"I sent a hasty review about this fragrance that I am now retracting. Smelling this straight out of the bottle, does not smell good, I still stand on that. . . . HOWEVER, I still decided to test it out in a candle with 464 Soy wax and let me tell you it was like night and day. Something with the wax when mixed with this fragrance oil completely changes the scent (in the best way possible). It smells like peppermint candy, you can really smell the peppermint with a hint of sweetness, like those dinner mints. So, do not judge the smell straight out of the bottle (lesson learned)!!! Make your product with it first to really judge it. I even brought the candle I made with this sent to a fair this past weekend to see what customers thought and I got so many compliments with this sent!"
