"Good. Have only used China Rain in my oil diffusers. Will be using it in hot-processed soap to bypass ricing/acceleration issues, and help retain fragrance. Very pleasant outdoor floral fragrance with a bit of petrichor (releases the smell that comes with rain)."
Somewhat Perfumey Rather than Refreshing
"It's a great scent. I used it in my bath bombs but had to advertise them under a different name because the fragrance did not match the name. I was hoping it would be more refreshing like rain with wet flowers and dirt. Definitely more of a floral scent. I can smell the rose, wisteria, and sandalwood but not vanilla. Still a really nice scent."
Fresh and Clean Scent!
"I bought this scent on recommendation from another Soaper and it has turned out to be one of my favorite scents! My cold process soap comes out so clean and fresh smelling! I have never had a problem with ricing but I always soap at room temperature! Try this one, you will love it!"
Wasn't what I was looking for.
"1. I buy a China Rain from a couple of other vendors. They were both out so I thought I would give this a try. It is the same fragrance at either place so I assumed this would be as well. Not even close. Very disappointing that companies use the same name for fragrances but they are not the same. 2. I used this in CP soap and it riced immediately. I was able to get it smooth by stirring. 3. I wasn't thrilled with the plastic bottle, which said candlepro on it. I had to call and make sure this was okay in soap. I hope this soap turns out because it is for a wedding."
Nice clean scent
"I used to buy incense in the scent China Rain and this FO smells very much like the incense. It's a nice, clean scent with just a touch of Asian flare. I used it in CP soap and was surprised that it didn't accelerate like most rain scents."
Riced and Accelerated
"The fragrance testing information provided is inaccurate. As soon as I poured this into my emulsified oils, it riced. I was able to smooth it out but at this point it had begun to accelerate rapidly. The smell is great though!"
Nice
"Very light and nice scent. Worked perfectly in cp. It's a little too weak in scent but adding a clay may help hold it as it did fade extremely quickly. I would order it again and use in products other than soap"
