this fragrance oil for bar soap usage was 1%...has it really changed to 3%? has the formula for the fragrance oil changed, or have you just adjusted the safe usage rate?
Hi Deb! The IFRA shows a maximum safe usage rate of 3.2%, which is the most updated usage rate. The usage amounts are subject change due to regulatory updates.
