I am trying to figure out which % do I use for my soap and perfume because the IFRA usage is different from the one that says fragrance usage which one do I go by help is need plz and thx u

The IFRA may or may not reflect a higher % for the maximum usage. You can definitely choose to use IFRA's maximum usage levels if you want a stronger scent within their safety guidelines.
