"Only used in bath bombs, smells great. The label on the bottle says it's phthalate free. However the online listing and SDS says there's 60-70% Dibutyl Phthalate. I'm avoiding phthalate and was using this for months before taking a second look online. My mistake for not reading the listing closely. Great smokey fragrance regardless."

"I got this fragrance for a cabin in the woods themed soap, and it was exactly what I was looking for! Smells very smoky, which isn't my personal favorite, but customers love it. Behaved really well in my cp soap - I was doing a lot of intricate swirling and this oil behaved well and provided me plenty of time to complete my design."
Perfect smokey fragrance
"I have been searching for the perfect smokey fragrance for a few months, and this is it. I use it in 100% soy wax candles. It smells like a wood-burning stove or campfire--a very nostalgic scent. It's great paired with wooden wicks. I tried mixing it with crackling firewood and another musky scent (can't remember which one), and that combination was great. I also plan to mix it with wild wild west for a smokey cowboy scent."

"This fragrance oil performed perfectly for me (which is especially important considering the fluidity needed for this design). A little goes a long way, I only needed a 1 oz bottle for my whole batch (34 oz of soap) and the smell is super strong. It smells like a campfire to me, and would be a great masculine or gender neutral fragrance. Overall I'm happy with this fragrance (especially for the value) and I'll definitely be buying more next time I want to make this design."

"I ordered to test Fireplace, Crackling Birch, and Crackling Firewood - of these three, the Fireplace is the BEST most campfire smoke smelling of the 3. So if you are looking for a good campfire smell this is it. I like the smell of the other two but they aren't as smokey."

"This is a great scent of a burnt out fireplace. Not a burning fire so don't be confused. I mixed it with a little something else to tone it down and the scent has changed over the last 2 weeks of cure. . . love it! CP veggie recipe, behaved well"

"This is definitely a pure and strong smoke scent, I used it for a campfire soap and also shampoo bars. It didn't accelerate my CP very much, although I wanted it to since I shaped the inside to look like a fire (it set up just enough though!)"
