The pigment used for our neon pink soap colorant is dispersed in glycerin to help prevent clumping in your soaps. It is stable and non-bleeding, performing well in high pH environments with no morphing during the saponification process. If you notice the pigment separating from the glycerin in the bottle, just give it a shake before you use it. This is not a cosmetic grade dye and shouldn't be used in any lip products. No returns on soap colorants.
