"I've been using another soy wax and decided to try this one, all I can say is AMAZING! Melts quickly, takes color and fragrance well. Get scent throw, cold and hot! Truly a one pour wax, unlike the brand I was using previously! I've been poring at 125 degrees with great results. I will be using this wax from now on, thanks NG!"

"The cold throw is amazing with this wax. The hot throw is very good. Way better than the others waxes I've tried before. Follow the instructions and be patient because it takes long for it to cool so you can pour. I've been using some Vybar and beexwax with it to see if I get a better hot throw. "I have been using the 100% soy wax for years, I have tried just about every Soy wax out there and once I purchased this wax I don't plan on buying from any other candle supplier. Great scent throw hot or cold. If poured at the correct temp I get nice smooth tops, if not just take a heat gun to the top of the candle but that rarely happens for me. Plus the customer service is the best out there."
No hot throw. . .
"I have tried several variations and tests with this wax and have not been able to get any sort of hot throw. I have tried hemp wicks, CD wicks, cotton wicks. Adding the fragrance oil at temperatures between 185-160F and still have not had good results. I am now using 1. 5ozFO/1lb wax still with no luck. I also tried Joy wax recently, and again followed the instructions and only got a faint scent throw. Very frustrating."
Disappointing
"I've been a regular with NG for about 6 years or so and I've never had a problem with my orders. I've used soy wax for my massage candles and vegan body balms for quite some time and I've never had a frost problem before, until now. This wax leaves an unappealing look to my products and even worse, I can no longer smell my EOs in my body balms anymore. I have to say this has left me very disappointed and now I have to figure out how to salvage my entire batch of body balm. *sad face*"

Extra work for the bubbles and uneven drying
"This would be great if 1. The directions stated how much wax to use with the 1. 5 oz fragrance oil. I think I made too small of a batch with too much fragrance oil, so. . . the candles kept going out and not burning. . . 2. If you didn't need a hair dryer to get the bubbles out on the top around the wick. And 3. If the top dried evenly. Otherwise this would be perfect and a 5 star rating. For the few candles I did get to burn, the smell was AMAZING and emanated through the entire house. I wish every single candle burned this way."

- Hi! How do I prevent little air bubbles from forming throughout the candle? I'm heating to 185, adding fragrance oil at 180, and pouring slowly in at 110.
- Thank you for your inquiry! It is possible that the pouring may be too fast or perhaps the wax is already semi solid and can trap air. We recommend checking the speed at which you are mixing in the FO. If it is too fast, it could introduce air.
- On all your golden waxes it's says add 1.5oz fragrance to melted wax. Is this meaning 1.5oz per lb of wax? Trying to scale up wax amount. Thanks!
