Usage rate not high enough for CP Soap

"OOB this fragrance is amazing! According to the IFRA usage rate it's . 8% for soap, (meanwhile baby wipes is 9% üôÑ Someone please explain that one!) I was concerned the scent wouldn't stay strong enough after saponification and that concern was justified. It behaves well, no ricing or acceleration but I really would like a stronger scent retention for soap."

Did the soap usage rate on the apple fragrance change? I don't remember it being so small in the past. Is the cp soap testing done with this .8%? Thanks.
Hi! The 50th IFRA amendment changed the usage rates for many fragrance oils. I have actually used this fragrance oil in CP and while it isn't as strong as it used to be, it help up nicely.
Does this have any smell in soap at the IFRA usage rate (0.8%)?
