Mistake seemingly gone right

"There was an audible use of vocabulary words when I opened my order and found that instead of ordering the sample size of this fragrance, I ordered the 'Most Popular' 16oz. Lesson to learn. . . don't order when in a hurry or overly tired and especially not with both going on. Anyway. . . as the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. . . or lemon soap, in this case. I went searching and found a 'kitchen sink' CP recipe. All the numbers worked in the soap calc, so I gave it a whirl. It's been unmolded and cut a few days now, and the scent is that of lemon bars. . . . which I love. There is dried lemon peel in it that I think will give it a nice texture for scrubbing after working in the garden or with the animals, and it gives the soap a nice speckled appearance. And the oil/butter mixture will hopefully be kinder to my skin with the frequent washing. In the end. . . not the catastrophic mistake I thought it might be."

Very light. Almost nonexistent scent.

"A very true lemon scent in the bottle but unfortunately in cp soap and soy candles the scent is barely there. Some customers loved it, but it was a ho-hum seller at best. It soaps beautifully. Zero acceleration or discoloration, and it also boosts the lemony-ness of other lemon fragrance blends. If you have a really expensive lemon fragrance, you can definitely blend half and half with this one to save money."

No acceleration/ricing in CP, but not loving the smell.

"When I opened up my 1oz bottle, the smell of this fragrance was very overwhelming. It smelled exactly like lemon cleaning solution. . . like Lysol. I made a batch of CP soap with this fragrance and a bit of peppermint oil. It definitely masked and toned down the smell of the strong lemon solution smell. Definitely, the soap smells great with the combination of lemon and peppermint, but I don't think it would smell too good alone. Other than the smell, I didn't experience any acceleration or ricing."
