"I love the palm pillar wax. It works perfectly for my Sustainable Container Candle line, and it also produces great wax melts. The fragrance retention is great (I go 8%) and the wax itself is so easy to work with. I also LOVE that this wax comes up with just a gentle nudge with my fingernail if there is ever any spillage. Super great product! It's almost time for me to order more."
"I did not get the pillar wax that I ordered you sent me some of the kind of wax that did not go into molds and I need to send back three boxes of forty five pound boxes of some kind of wax. That is not pillar, wax. I'm very disappointed"

"Wonderful Palm Wax, beautiful results, solid pillars! It is more difficult than one might think to purchase Palm Wax from a supplier that tells you the sourcing, NG comes through 100% on this! Many reviews and comments I see on Palm wax compares it to soy wax. They are very different, although it is a Veg based wax they are different beasts. Palm wax is much harder and needs to be poured at a much higher temperature, which I personally appreciate. No melting on warm days or in warm climates, long burn time and beautiful aesthetic."
