This fragrance oil by Nature's Garden Crafts is absolutely, hands down, the best violet scent we have ever smelled. Most violet scents are weak. This one is true to name and very strong.

Sweet sweet violets

"I was surprised how nice this fragrance is. It’s a keeper. Love it."

Disappointed!

"New to ordering from Nature's Garden Candles and only ordered the Violet fragrance oil. Very disappointed at the smell ( overpowering and not at all like a scent from a wild violet). Customer service was not at all helpful. Will not order again. Sorry! I only rated this a one star since it would not submit with no stars. . But, I give this No stars!"

Violet

"Except for a very sharp top note I am happy with this fragrance. Most of the people that have smelled it like it or don't notice that top note. There is a slight acceleration but you should have plenty of time to make swirls in cold process soap. I didn't notice any discoloration at all but there isn't any vanilla so that's not surprising."

Well balanced

"I really like this scent; it's a perfect unisex fragrance. Not certain of the smell of a real violet but this has a soft floral scent, but there something a litte manly about it too. I used this in the aroma beads & it came out nice & strong; only thing is it took over a week to dry."

Classic Cheap Soap Smell

"To me, this scent smells like you would typically expect cheap soap to smell. I can detect no florals at all - let alone violet - only a harsh, sharp, alcoholic note that reminds me of chemicals. It does, however, perform perfectly in CP soap and the scent retention after cure is very strong!"

Violet

"It does not smell like Violet at all. This was so disappointing for me. It does smell like a strong soap. But all is not lost. I am going to use it as an odor elimination fragrance oil. It smells like a candle I used at one time to eliminate odors. It does eliminate orders."

Accelerated

"This violet smells beautiful, however it accelerated the soap. Before splitting my batch for multiple colors, I added the fragrance, within 2 quick stirs with my spatula my soap was really thick. Had to act quick to add my micas and scooped the soap into the molds."

Clean, Luxury Soap Fragrance

"I bought this to impart a real violet petal fragrance to one of my candles. When I opened the bottle, I was disappointed to find it did not smell at all like powdery violet absolute. Instead, it smelled of soap. I set it aside, not quite knowing what to do with it. Fast forward a few weeks, and I'm shopping for luxury soaps at Anthropologie. I leave the store wondering how I can get that same clean, high-end soapy fragrance in my own soaps. Voila. This fragrance oil is just the thing. I'm now using it as a base in most of my soap scents, and they have gone from good to gotta-have-it."

Very Strong

"It had a very strong scent to it. I used this to make my first candle."
