Directions

Step 1

Prepare your work station and all of the materials needed before you begin. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, a face mask, safety glasses, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

Step 2

Start by preparing your lye solution. Add 215 grams of distilled water to a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, add 79 grams sodium hydroxide. Slowly, add the lye to the water and stir until water is clear. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Note: Always add the sodium hydroxide to your water. Never add your water to the sodium hydroxide.

Step 3

While you are waiting for your lye water to cool down, prepare your oils. Weigh out and melt 141grams Coconut Oil 76, 85 grams Sweet Almond Oil, 85 grams Avocado Oil, 85 grams Shea Butter, 85 grams Palm Oil, and 85 grams Sunflower Oil. Allow the oils to come to room temperature.

Step 4

While waiting for the lye water and oils to cool to room temperature, prepare your colorants for the CP soap. \You will need a total of 5 squeeze bottles. The colorants should be added directly to the squeeze bottles. When creating the white colorant, you will need to create two bottles. Assign each bottle a color. To each of the white bottles, add 4 grams titanium dioxide and mix with a small amount of soaping oils. To the lime green bottle, add 4 drops Lime Green FUN Soap Colorant. To the neon green bottle, add 5 drops Neon Green FUN Soap Colorant. To yellow green bottle, add 3 drops Neon Yellow FUN Soap Colorant.

Step 5

Once both the lye solution and the oils have dropped to room temperature, use a stick blender to emulsify. Then, add the 41 grams Cucumber and Melons Fragrance Oil. Once again, stick blend to incorporate the fragrance oil.

Step 6

Now, separate your batter. Fill each of the bottles you prepared with soap batter. Then, place the lid and the cap for the tip securely in place shake the bottle. While you are shaking the bottle, use your finger to ensure the cap on the tip stays in place.

Step 7

Next, once the colorants are fully mixed, remove the caps covering the tips from each bottle and place the mold in front of you.

Step 8

With your soap mold in front of you, begin filling the mold. So, beginning with the yellow green batter, place small dots of soap batter randomly throughout the soap mold. Then, place white dot of soap batter directly on top of the yellow green soap batter.

Step 9

Now, place lime green dots in some of the empty places throughout the mold. Then, place white dots directly on top of the lime green dots.

Step 10

Do the same with the neon green. Then, place white dots of soap batter on top of the neon green batter.

Step 11

Repeat steps 8 through 10. Until you have used all of your soap batters and your soap mold is completely full.

Step 12

After 24-48 hours you can remove the soap from the mold. Slice your soap using the lines created by the soap mold. Allow the soap to cure for 4-6 weeks before using.
