Whipped Shaving Cream Recipe

Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

Using your scale, weigh 454 grams of your Whipped Soap Base and place it into your mixing bowl. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, weigh out 12 grams mango butter, 4 grams Knock Out Fragrance Oil, and 4 grams optiphen.

Next, using your hand held mixer, start to whip the whipped soap base. You will notice the base will start to appear like whipped frosting.

When you have reached this point, add the weighed out mango butter, fragrance oil, and optiphen to the whipped soap base. Using a spatula, begin to fold the ingredients into the whipped soap base. You want to thoroughly mix this to incorporate it well.

Next, add Bentonite clay powder. Using your spatula, fold the clay into the whipped soap base. Make sure you clean the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Start whipping the mixture again. Make sure the mixture is well blended. When the mixture begins to look like whipped frosting again, stop beating.

Use your spoon to add the whipped mixture to the jars.

Place a lid on each jar.
