24. Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

25. Step 1: Begin by weighing out your oils, waxes, and butters. Place 136 grams coconut oil, 110 grams grapeseed oil, 74 grams cocoa butter golden natural, 62 grams shea butter, 50 grams emulsifying wax, and 12 grams beeswax.

26. Step 2: Using a double boiler, melt the waxes, oils, and butters on low heat. Stir occasionally. Be careful not to overheat the ingredients. While you are waiting for your oils to melt go ahead and move on to the next step.

27. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, weigh out 860 grams of brown sugar. Then, add 5 grams of vanilla powder. Use your hands to break up any clumps in the sugar. Also, while doing this, make sure you fully mix the vanilla powder throughout the sugar. Set this aside. We will come back to it later.

28. Step 4: Once your oils have melted, allow the temperature to drop to 120 degrees. Add 30 grams Vanilla Extract Fragrance Oil, 15 grams arrowroot powder, 5 grams vitamin E oil, 10 grams of Optiphen preservative.

29. Step 5: Next, add the 860 grams of brown sugar you prepared earlier to the melted oils.

30. Step 6: Mix the sugar into the oil completely. Then, allow the scrub to set to room temperature.

31. Step 7: Finally, place the scrub into the clear 4 oz. PET jars. Place the lids on the jars.
