"I love this shea butter! I usually use refined but I decided to try this kind and I love it. I use it for my whipped body butters. I don't add fragrance oil because the scent of the shea butter would overpower it. Which is fine. It feels fantastic!"

Disappointed

"I absolutely love NG products and will continue to buy, but this particular product is a big NO for me. The Shea butter was packaged in a bag within a bag which is fine. The consistency of the Shea butter was a bit gritty and had discoloration from red and black spots that made it look like it had mold. Not sure if it was or not but it was questionable so I didn't bother to use it in my products. I also bought some Cocoa Butter through NG and that was a lot better than the Shea. I am going to assume that I just got a bad batch, but I definitely won't be buying the Shea Butter again. I weighed it the She Butter with packaging and it was what I ordered. Aside from the Shea Butter, I've also noticed that when I pay for my products using Apple Pay it does not save my order to my account so I have to hope for the best and wait for an email to be sent confirming my order and tracking number instead of going back to my account. It'll just say I haven't ordered anything."
