"Good scent"
"This fragrance oil smells so nice although I don't smell much chocolate. I used in some parasoy wax candles and my only complaint is that it is really light. The candle has to burn over an hour before I really smell it and there isn't much throw. Wish it was stronger. The scent is really nice."
"My favorite! I wouldn't call this a dessert type or even catergorize it as a chocolate FO. It does have chocolate notes but the other notes really shine too. It's a great blend if you want a chocolate fragrance without the surgery, heavy vanilla notes. I soaped with it (CP) on two different occasions and would suggest a higher usage. No acceleration and easy tto work with. It stayed strong and lasted through the cure."
"This FO is true to its description. I cannot compare it to the original as I didn't smell it. I detect more chocolate with hints of patchouli than amber or musk. It accelerated a bit, but I still had time to do some drop-swirl. It discolors to pale orange. I can see it as a good FO to mix as well. However, I give it 4 stars because the scent mellowed down significantly after the cure period. I used 1 oz per 500 gr of oils."
"The name is misleading. I can hardly make out any chocolate. To me, this FO is mostly a sexy, sensual, feminine scent. Very nice, though! It was a little bit on the weak side for me. I could barely make it out at all at 3% but maybe I just can't smell it - other reviewers have said it is a musky smell and I think I'm anosmic to musk fragrances - so who knows, maybe it's very strong! It discoloured to the exact colour shown and I had no problems soaping."
"I ordered this out of curiosity, and because I like amber scents, but I was honestly not expecting to like it this much. I have yet to try it in making lotions or body butters but it smells intoxicating out of the bottle. I find this to be suitable for a unisex body spray or perfume because it really is quite alluring - in both a feminine and masculine way. It is not a gourmand scent but a musky, sensual and seductive scent - as a fellow reviewer below me described it. My nose picks up the sandalwood, patchouli, amber and vanilla notes the most. The chocolate note is very light and remains in the background, easy to miss if one is not sniffing for it. This is what I wish a certain high-end designer perfume with a star-shaped bottle smelled like."
"I soaped with this FO yesterday and it was well behaved. The smell is light at the moment. I'm hoping it gets a bit stronger as it cures. What I can smell, I do like it."
"I Love this FO! It is amazing. I don't like chocolate but this fragrance combo is awesome! Works great in CP."
