"This is one of my most popular scents"

Crackling Firewood

"This was very nice in cp soap. A nice masculine fragrance with good scent retention."

Crackling firewood is amazing

"Absolutely amazing scent very strong but not overpowering masculine but subtle one of my favorites to order and definitely suggest for others to try this scent out !"

Daisy B. (5/5)

Odd scent

"Works well no ricing and light acceleration but I don't like the smell. Is very sweet aroma with almost a hint of cinnamon. To me it doesn't smell like a smoky fire or anything like the name. Unless I have request for it definitely won't get again."

Love at First Smell

"I adore this scent. I used a small sample bottle to test this out at first, and immediately bought a larger bottle after the first batch. I did experience some acceleration, but very minimal discoloration. I was able to get some really cool swirls, and it's now my boyfriend's favorite bar to use."

Alex D. (5/5)

Nothing like Firewood

"This is the worst fragrance I have ever purchased. It smells strong and almost like floral scents. I used it in wax melts and had my parents test it. They didn't even make it through one melt before they had to shut it off. It was so bad the entire 1 lb batch went in the trash because I could not stand the smell either. Made everyone feel nauseous."

No smoke, no fire

"I made CP soap with this one. I used 1 oz for a 7lb loaf mold. No ricing, little discoloration, only a tiny bit of acceleration. I was still able to make a nice swirl. However, the scent is not a good one. I've only had one customer who liked the scent. No one else has wanted it. I've even tried giving bars away. The bars have a musky, earthy, floral mix that just clashes. I was expecting something much different."

Love it

"OOB I didnt like this. Was odd. But once I made wax melts with a Soy para blend WOW does it smell amazing. REALLY love it. Smokey but not overpowering smokey. Reminds me of driving down a road and smelling a campfire. If It didnt turn Tan I would be using this in my main line of soaps. Will be trying Fireplace for soap instead sadly as I wish I could use this one. But I dont use ones that discolor much. Love this in candles and melts!"

Andrea L. (5/5)

Disappointing

"I love a good smoky, woodsy scent. This is not it. Disappointing. It's very weak, and I suppose if I said it was called firewood you just might be able to pick up on it. Really disappointed in this scent, especially after reading the other reviews. I used it in a candle with joy wax."

Macy B. (3/5)

Ok scent but nothing like woods or fire

"I can't imagine why anyone would smell this and decide to call it cracklin firewood. It smells floral. It's actually an okay scent but I get no woodsy notes at all. I also can't imagine why anyone would think men would like this- I'm selling so we will see but I know my customers and seriously doubt men will want to smell like this. It could be used under a different name though and I do like the scent but wish I hadn't added it to a charcoal loaf. Used it in Mp soap."
