Scent wasn't consistent & damaged packaging

"Extremely disappointed! I'd like to start off by saying this scent TYPICALLY is BY FAR THE MOST AMAZING IN LAUNDRY DETERGENTS NORMALLY IM OBSESSED! But my experience has been awful!! First opened my package to liquid all over, my bottles were shipping in thin plastic packaging and not even the ones with the bubble wrapping. Bottle was dented and about 4oz was missing from leaking out . I contacted customer service and they gave a $5 credit. ( This doesn't even cover the shipping to get the missing 4oz) And they said it was a "courtesy to give the $5 for the spilling of the over flow bottled" so now I'm a little irritated but shook it off because I loveee this scent. Fast forward to making my detergent. As I mixed all the powders I open the bottle and get a good wiff of this what supposed to be amazing scent I am use to and start to think that it dosent really smell like my friends who orders from here all the time. I smells good but didn't smell exactly like it. So I thought ok maybe it's because it wasn't mixed with the detergent (I used her recipe to the T) went ahead and mixed it ( as this is my first time & didn't know any better) and my stuff smells completely different than hers. . . POUNDS OF DETERGENT NOT AS EXPECTED. I left a little in the bottle to take to her house and compare just the frangerance oils and she agreed that IT DOES NOT SMELL THE SAME!! She thinks it might have been the bottom of the barrel or something because she has never had a problem. So needless to say my whole experience with this has been extremely disappointing. When you out $200 into products for it to not smell like it's supposed to and have customer service not even offer just to send the missing amount as an alternative to accommodate just add 5$ is frustrating."

Amazing!

"This fragrance oil performed beautifully for me. I was able to do a three color Luna swirl with this and still had to wait to after pouring the colors to do the swirl with my swirling tool. I had 20 minutes easy to do this with room to spare. Smells oh so manly. I will for sure be buying a larger bottle next time and it will remain in my men's line."
