Im not really sure about this one!
"Okay, first of all let me say I soaked this fragrance oil at about 80°. No acceleration no ricing no separation, so in that sense it's soaked very well, my complaint is I don't smell anything except Pine, which is definitely not the description of this fragrance oil, I'm not getting any other notes except Pine which I could have gotten a lot of fragrance oils that just smell like Pine. We'll see when it cures if any other notes come through but this was a wholesale order and a request based on the description of the fragrance oil so I hope my customer is not going to be disappointed."
