Doesn't smell like honeysuckle

"Not sure what everyone is smelling. I just purchased honeysuckle, and it doesn't smell like the honeysuckle plant in the south I grew up with. It's not floral or fruity or honeyed, not sure what it is. Hard, more herbaceous? Not pretty or light. It's a scent that could probably pair well with woodsy or citrus scents for men but not what I expected. Disappointed."

Strong authentic honeysuckle scent. Slight accel.

"CP process: no ricing, no discolor, slight acceleration. Soaped at 95 degree for oil and 76 degree for lye. Stick blended for less than 1 second twice, then hand stirred to emulsion. Did in the pot zig zag pour and was able to do 2 pours. On the third pour, it all hardened up and quick! Used max limit (2. 8%-ish?) for scent, it is very strong. Next time, will plan for a simple 2-3 color hanger swirl or in the pot swirl. The scent is authentically honeysuckle, very strong and acceleration rate is workable if you plan right. This scent will go into my regular rotation. Caveat: my batter oils are 65% hard and 35% soft, so if you’re working with less hard oils than your acceleration rate may vary."

Wondering why the NG website lists soap at a 2.85% but the attached IFRA shows 1.8% for wash off products? Which one should we follow?
Hi! I am looking into the discrepancy on the website. The IFRA is correct.
