Before I buy this I have to know, Is it actually a lip balm oil or is it a fragrance oil meant for soap and or candles? Because how it is labeled on the website is very confusing.
Hello! It is a natural fragrance oil that is safe to use for lip balm making. We advise to check the IFRA for the usage % rate for lip products.
This product is listed under flavor oils. What's the lip safe usage rate? You have maximum percentages for other uses listed on the product page, but the IFRA says safe at 100% for everything. Which number is correct?
