Gorgeous. . . but gets HOT!

"I soaped at room temp & still had this one to get very HOT! *tip for soapers- soap room temp & if you notice it to overheat toss it in the freezer to bring the temp down. My CP soap came out wonderful! This one does discolor to a creamy tan. No A or R. Not exactly like BBW's but extremely close. My customers love this one! The fragrance is definitely worth it!"

"I had a small bottle of this and tried it out in a test batch of CP soap on a whim. I went slowly and soaped at room temperature and it behaved just fine. It smells lovely and a friend who dearly misses Midnight Pom from B&BW already wants to buy the entire test batch from me!"

Q&A

Why is this FO not recommended for CP soap? I see that others have used it for soap, but I'm curious as to why it says it's not recommended for CP soap. Would it be recommended for HP soap, or just not soap in general? I've been asked about pomegranate scented soaps, but so far it seems all the pomegranate FO isn't recommended for soaps, or has other major soaping issues.
Hi Brandi! Typically, when a fragrance oil is not recommended for CP soap, it is because of the performance. However, often times, they will still work in HP soap. However, we do recommend testing. I have used our Champagne Pomegranate Fragrance Oil in CP soap and I love that one!
