"Love all my fragrance oils so far üíï‚ù§Ô∏è"
"Won't be using this fragrance in anything. Not very good to my nose, but everyone is different. Maybe if I paired it with something else, but as is. . no thank you."
"I didn't know how this FO was going to behave, so I didn't add until just before pouring. Man, was I worried over nothing! I had a 5 color swirl planned and I had so much time, I could've added 5 more colors into the mix!I don't know about the scent staying strong during cure. I just made mine today."
"I soaped with my usual recipe (50% hard oils) at the room temperature. This is hands down one of the best behaving FO's from NG. No acceleration or seizure, I had enough of time to do a moderate ITP swirl. The soap did not gel which is my preference and the scent retention is very good at 5%. The scent profile description is quite accurate IMO and this one could fit nicely into a wide array of themed soaps (fresh, spring, nature, masculine). Definitely a recommendation from me!"
"I used at 10%, because I've gotten some really weak fragrances lately. It came out too strong for my liking. I definitely could've went with my usual 5% and still have a nice fragrant bar. This didn't discolor. It actually slowed down my trace by quite a bit. I used a 100% tallow recipe, a client request. It was my first time making 100% tallow. I had soap on a stick, within seconds of hand stirring the lye water in (102° oil, 95° lye). I almost didn't stir mountain chateau in, due to the acceleration notes, but figured it couldn't get worse. It took some muscle, but it slowed things down so I could glop in the mold. Glad I read the reviews & took the chance. Thanks all! I'd use this for cp soaping and other products. Would make a nice candle. It could be marketed masculine, earthy, ski holiday, fresh and clean, spa, etc. Highly recommend if that's your thing."
"Based on the performance notes, I was expecting acceleration with this FO. I planned a soap with stripes to take advantage of that. However, imagine my surprise when this FO actually slowed my trace! (High lard recipe, soaping cool. )It just goes to show you that soap is unpredictable and you have to test it for yourself. But having said that, this FO smells very nice in my soap! Very fresh. I will probably use it again, but only for swirls."
"soaps beautifully in cold process with no acceleration and no ricing at room temp. Stayed nice and fluid for swirls with 3 colors. Fragrance has stayed true through the 4 week cure. great fragrance!"
"Love love love"
"This scent was exactly what I was looking for! A lot of 'woodsy' scents I have smelt in the past are either too masculine or too sweet but this on is just right! Can be burned year round, not too heavy on the balsam so doesn't smell only like a Christmas tree. Will definitely be repurchasing."
