Happy with product, disappointed by shipping

"Happy with purchase, but the product could and should have been packaged better. After finally receiving I found out the cap to the bottle had broken and wasted a good amount of oil in the packaging. Not sure if it was already broken or happened in transit, but luckily it was not all wasted. Though I’m not sure if the heat and open air exposure for 1 week during shipping affected the product overall."
