Work with it

"This is a wonderful fragrance! It accelerates in CP but I find this NOT to be a problem. The solution is to soap at low temperatures (76-80F) and hand mix with a spatula. Do not use a stick blender at all. I would not attempt swirls or other intricate designs with this FO."

Definitely fast acceleration!

"This set up VERY QUICKLY in my normal CP recipe at light trace in less than a minute it riced then was soap on a stick. A little stick blend smoothed the ricing but I needed a shovel to get it in the mold . Definitely disappointed as I would have opted for a more controlled design like layering the scent is absolutely delightful"

Soap on a stick!

"I got this f. O. after reading that it may cause SOME acceleration, and as there were no reviews for cp soap, I decided to risk it. Big mistake! I soaped cool at about 100 with a slow moving recipe. I added the f. O. into some of my oils first to dilute/reduce acceleration. Within seconds it was soap on a stick. It accelerated so fast the color wouldn't mix in. I plopped it out of the cups and tried to force it into my mold. I have never had a fragrance turn soap so hard that I could have unmolded it and cut it right then. Big disappointment! And the scent is just ok for me. Will not use again, this may be better suited for lotions, wax melts, or candles, but it is not for cp soap in my opinion."
