Definitely late 90's!

"I used this for some car vent clips and it definitely reminds me of the late 90's early 2000's! I have used the other Cucumber Melon in the past which has a stronger cucumber smell and is sweeter to me but this one is more balanced, which is what my customers asked for! Highly recommend especially for nostalgia!"

Its. OK.

"Smells very light out of the bottle. Its my fault for not checking the usage rate, seems too low for my liking. I make lotions and like to use around 3-4% of fragrance oils for a good smell. I will try purchasing the other cucumber melon type fragrance oil. This one was not it."

Not for soap.

"If you are thinking about using this for CP soap, DO NOT do it. According to IFRA guidelines, you cannot use very much which leaves the soap smelling like nothing. While in bottle, it smells lovely, so if it's used to make anything other than soap or lotion, I think it may be good. You will have to try and see. I loved the scent so much that I tried it in a lotion and it was a light scent because you cannot use very much. But, it was very pleasant in lotion. I should have looked at the usage guidelines, which is really my fault and not the fault of this company who listed the item properly."
