"Over the moon fragrance oil is easy to work with in my cold process soap. There was no ricing or accelerated trace. I used 5% based on the recommended usage in soap and the fragrance came out perfect. It smells just like the Ariana moonlit perfume that I also own. I highly recommend this fragrance oil if you like soft yet sophisticated perfume."
