Inconsistent smell. . forced to switch companies. .
"Loved the first two bottles I got, which were the same LOT#…. Purchased two more bottles and they have a completely different fragrance, which has very strong citrus notes and almost smells like medicine. I’m very disappointed, because I fell in love with the light pear/apple fragrance that I initially received, and now I’ve got to mark this product as sold out and hope and pray that the next time I order it, it’ll be the same one that they sent on my initial order. I hate that I’m needing to switch to another fragrance company, because of all of the inconsistencies that I’ve experienced the past year and a half. I’ve discontinued another fragrance that I sell for the same reason…. They’ve sent me completely different fragrances in thar bottle and it’s clear that it’s not even remotely the same scent profile, but they say there’s nothing they can do but replace the same fragrance that’s incorrect. ."
