"This fragrance is so odd! I can't say I like it. I was expecting a yummy peppermint vanilla marshmallow scent. What it smelled like to me: peppermint, those jelly bouncy balls you used to get from a coin machine, and muscat grape."
"This scent smells nothing like peppermint or marshmallow fluff. It's a strong unappealing scent. It took me over a year to sell 3 wax melts with this scent. Customers would pick them up and then immediately put them down after smelling."
"I always sell out of this one. I have one customer who orders at least 3 packs of wax melts at a time and says its one of her favorite scents ever. Its light, fluffy, refreshing and not overly sweet."
"I used this in whipped soaps, body butters and scrubs. I had zero decolorization even without the use of vanilla stabilizer. I used it in my holiday line and people loved it. I also mixed it with a bit of the pine scent NG sells which made an amazing candle!."
"I used it in cold process soap. The scent retention is great but it really browns and discolors the soap. I wish I read this when I purchased it. It's my fault. I am unable to sell the soap as the color is just off from what I wanted but two months later, it still smells like peppermint!"
"This peppermint is one of my favorites in CP soap. It smells nice and sweet, not overpowering. It has great staying power but did accelerate a little which was OK because I wanted a thicker batter for my layer design. I used vanilla stabilizer to keep colors true and it worked great. Love this fragrance."
"Thought this was going to be a sweet peppermint but instead was very strong and smelled like medicine in my melts and candles. I could not stand the smell. It is very strong though. I would suggest putting only a little bit in and adding another sweeter scent to cut the smell. I don't remember it smelling so harsh in sample I smelled."
"I purchased a 8oz bottle to make my holiday cp soaps. The first batch soaped well, but the fragrance was a little too sweet for my liking. It had more of a bubble mint scent than I was looking for. I then started blending with a small amount of peppermint EO, and in a later batch mixed with other fragrance oils. I adored it when it wasn't so sweet. It is a good fragrance to work with and if it's too sweet for you- try it in a blend."
"I should have read the description before I used it in bath bombs. It turned them a weird purple/mauve speckled. Glad I had airbrushed them before they turned and was able to save them."
