If the usage rate for cold process soap is .09% . What is the usage rate for melt and pour? ( is is safe for melt and pour?) Is .09% per lb of soap or .09% for the total batch? Thanks Vicki

I bought this in the past and used it in CP soap and I remember the usage rate being a normal percentage, but now the usage rate is .09%, did the oil change or just the usage rate?
