Step 1

1. Clean and sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, weigh out 256 grams of your Rose Clay Powder using your scale.

Step 3

3. Also, add 32 grams Resvertarol Powder and 16 grams Arrowroot Powder. Fully mix the ingredients making sure everything is evenly dispersed.

4. Using a disposable pipette add 4 grams vitamin E oil.

Step 5

5. Finally, use a spoon or spatula to mix the ingredients together.

6. The powdered portion in now finished. Go ahead and scoop the powder into 4 of the low profile jars. Place a lid on each jar.

Step 7

7. Next, add 12 grams of vegetable glycerin to each of your four 1 oz. bullet bottles. Place a ribbed lid on each bottle.

Step 8

8. To use your facial mask you will need a small mixing bowl. Add one tablespoon of powder, two tablespoons of water, and about 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin. Mix well. Note: We chose to package the powder and glycerin separately. By creating the mask without the water you will not need to add a preservative. This will allow you to prepare a quick product for your customers. Each 4 oz jar will create approximately 8 facial masks.

Step 9

9. Apply a thin layer to your face. Allow the mask to harden. Then, rinse with warm water.
