"I decided to test the quality to see if it was worth adding the product line, and after smearing my hands, forearms, and elbows while rubbing it in, it worked great. 45 minutes later my hands were bone dry again, like just got done washing dishes for an hour bone dry. Not very moisturizing at all, so I tossed it. I'll stick to my aloe plants."

"Not a good batch?? Has very strong chemical smell-I have used this base for years and never had this happen. It does tend to fade overtime, am thinking you are using new preservative? Am hoping future batches are MUCH better. Had same problem with the bath gel-it was not a gel at all and watery and a horrendous odor-totally unusable but customer service helped with that order."
