Weird Scent and Not Strong

"I was very disappointed by this scent. It smells like soap but not a good one and it's not very strong. I'm very dissatisfied with most of the fragrance oils i purchased. I don't feel confident putting it in my products with such little scent. About 1/4 of the scent oils i purchased were good. So about 7 out of 35. Very disappointing."

"I used the cashmere fragrance oil in my cold process soap, and it worked wonderful. . I didn't have any issues with ricing or separation. No discoloration either. . now I tried a fragrance oil from somewhere else, the cashmere fragrance oil colored my cp soap or a dark brown 🟤 it wasn't pretty like the one I made with your fragrance oil. . so again I won't buy anywhere else on my cashmere fragrance oil. . it a big popular one"

I love it but I don't think it smells like traditional cashmere

"I love the cashmere fragrance oil and I think the powdery notes of this come out the most. If you're looking for that more spicy/sandalwoody/saffron smell, I don't think this is the oil for you. I use it a lot for lighter perfume type scents in my candles and it works really well for me. Definitely more of a base note for me but a really nice soft touch."

Can barely smell it.

"Another one that I can barely smell after the cure. When I say barely I mean you are really sniffing to smell. Out of the bottle it smells weak, so I used more. 1 oz per pound. Another one that I am pretty upset about after purchasing a large batch of oils from you."

Q&A

Dear, I use Augeo reed diffuser base. It is the best solution I found in Europe. My question is how much Cashmere type FO can I mix with the base? Here is written up to 50%, but IFRA document says 1,4%!? I'm totally confused. Sincerely, Ina
Hi Ina! The IFRA is the maximum safe usage amount that has been tested, so don't exceed the listed value for the fragrance oil. Bear in mind that the IFRA relates to safety and the actual recommended amount for optimal results can be much lower.
