"The scent is off from when I have ordered it in the past. This was one of my favorites and my customers due to the accuracy. Something has changed with Nature's Garden in the past two months and it is not for the better, as this is not the only product I have had an issue with. No Issues for over 20 years, but all of a sudden, it's different. Nature's Garden did not seem to agree when I let them know something was off with the products."
"I've been purchasing this fragrance for close to 10 years, it doesn't seem as strong of a scent as previous orders. It's disappointing because my customer of 10 years loves the scent and has noticed the scent is diminished as well."

"This is such a shame. . . I love this fragrance oil. I have purchased many items from you in the 3 years that I have been in business. But this last transaction was terrible. I needed this in a hurry as I ran out in the middle of a crazy spring order, so I ordered a bottle and expedited the shipping to complete my spring baskets. It was suppose to arrive in 2 days. . . it took 9 and I was unable to complete what was ordered in a timely fashion. When it did arrive it was damaged, had been opened and was missing several ounces of the bottle, I contacted your office multiple times and was not ever handled properly. This is sad."
"Bought the 1oz sample. . . . . Smells just like Gardenia! Reminded me of my Mother's Gardenia Bush. Used it in my wax melts and it was the hot seller two weeks later. Turned around today and bought the 16oz bottle."
