"I was hoping i could easily just pop the lid off, but i have to dig my nails underneath multiple sides to try and open it. Everything else works with it, and if it was for personal use maybe i wouldn't mind, but i would not sell these."
"You have to have some thing else to pry the lid off. I have tried using different things to coat the rim of the lid with to see if it will come off any easier, but there is no way to get it off without using something else."
"These tins are perfect size for what I needed them for, however they are impossible to open. I tried prying them apart for 45 minutes and still could only get 8/10 open. I though maybe they will release a little easier when I filled them, but no. Now I have some that are impossible to open and filled with lip scrub."
"I bought 50 tins and had to return all of them. They would not open. Top and bottom were stuck together. I called Natures Garden and they had me return them for full credit including my cost to ship them back. Great customer service."
