"It smells delicious, both OOTB and in cold process soap. It's a springy/summery scent, evenly apple and pear. I love it a lot. However! Holy cow did this accellerate my batter. Even with a lard-heavy recipe, this went from emulsion to the texture of petroleum jelly in a few minutes. I highly recommend soaping as cool as you can get away with and working fast with this one."
