Very different

"OK, I personally feel like this smells like Vicks vapor rub. Although it has no eucalyptus in the notes. I was more intrigued by the note, especially the violet. But very aldehyde. I can see some people hating this and some people really enjoying it. I make soap and I guess this is more a long an earthy fresh vibe."

Possibly a formulation change?

"Not sure if natures garden reformulated this fragrance oil or not. I've previously used a sample size of this and recently bought it again in a bigger size. The sample I had previously had a nice earthy/woody scent. This time the scent smells kinda like vicks vapor rub and dollar store floor cleaner."

Jason (3/5)

extremely pungent

"This is a high quality product, however, it is much too pungent for me personally. I got it mostly out of curiosity. Still giving it 5 stars bc it's a great oil that packs a wallop, but it's just not my personal taste. Thank you NG for the lightening fast shipping and the wide variety of fragrances! This was my first purchase from you and I'm thrilled."

Vicks Vapor Rub

"Im not sure if I got a bad sample or not but this smells like Vicks vapor rub oob and produced the same in soy wax!!"

Fantastic Fragrance!

"I used this scent in all of my bath and body products. . . CP soap and bath bombs sold out the fastest! I will be ordering more of this scent soon as I have local clients requesting that I keep this scent in my line up all year around! Behaved very well in my CP soap recipe which is a huge plus because it allows me to have all of my bath and body products with this scent!"

One of our favorites

"This one is a personal favorite of mine and my s/o's - it has a very incense/cologne type smell which is incredibly enticing. I used it in CP soap, and was able to do a layered look with ease - it set up perfectly but not too quickly. The first time my s/o came out of the shower after using it, I genuinely thought he had just put cologne on! Love it."

Not Recommended for Cold Process Soap

"This fragrance oil performed perfectly with no discoloration, ricing, or acceleration. Scent rentention was terrible. With no scent after 20 days. To provide an accurate reference we soap at 76°F with a vegan Olive, Coconut, Palm recipe. I would not recommend this fragrance for use in cold process soap as it's scent performs poorly."

Q&A

Hello. On the page, the maximum usage for this fragrance shows 5%, while the IFRA sheet shows 2.6%. Which is the correct one? Also, on the customer-ratings, could you please use a lighter color to denote the empty stars? I am slightly colorblind, and cannot really distinguish the difference between the filled stars and the empty ones. A light grey would work well. Thanks, Brian.
Hi! I am so sorry about the error. I have corrected it. The IFRA statement reflects the correct usage rate.
