"Could easily be a bad batch but this fragrance is pretty weak, I handed it to three different people and they couldn't tell what it was. I bought a few others like fruity loops and Mr. Pepper MD and they smell much stronger and are perfect. Love this company, just not this smell"

For Pine Forest, the maximum usage (as of today 02/28/2023) is 38.4% for Category 9.
