23. Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

24. Step 1: First, weigh out coconut oil 76, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, silky emulsifying wax, olive oil, and beeswax. Then, melt them in a double boiler until all of the ingredients are melted. Stir occasionally as they are melting.

25. Step 2: While you are waiting for ingredients to melt, weigh out your hibiscus flower powder and 20 grams of vegetable glycerin in a small mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients together to create a paste. Set this aside. Step 3: Once your oils are melted, remove them from your double boiler. Allow the temperature of your melted mixture to reach 120F and add optiphen preservative, vitamin E oil, sodium cocoyl isethionate, and Hawaiian Sea Mist Fragrance Oil. Stir to incorporate the ingredients.Step 4: Next, add 680 grams sugar and whisk until well incorporated. Then, add the hibiscus powder mixture. Again, mix to disperse the hibiscus thoroughly.

26. Step 5: Finally, once the mixture comes to room temperature, add it to your jars. Sprinkle a tiny bit of the whole hibiscus flowers on top. Then, place a lid on top.
