Sangria Gel Wax Candle Recipe

Place 3 pounds of gel wax into the Pouring Pot. Place the Pouring Pot on a stove burner. You want to set the temperature between medium and low. Let the Gel Wax melt until it becomes a thick, liquid syrup consistency.

Add 1 drop of Yellow Nature Friendly Liquid Candle Dye to melted gel wax.

Add 2.4 oz of the fragrance oil. Stir.

Adhere wicks to each of your candle jars using a wick sticker. The size that you use will depend on the diameter of your wine glasses. Our diameter was about 3.5 inches, so we used Zinc Core 62-52-18z candle wicks.

Pour the wax into the wine glasses. Center your wicks with wick bars and allow the wax to set up.

Prepare your fruits. Weigh out 4 oz of Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Melt the wax using a double boiler.

Once melted, add 1-2 drops of Red Nature Friendly Liquid Candle Dye. Stir.

Pour the wax into 4 cavities of the raspberry and 4 cavities of the strawberry silicone molds, and allow them to set up.

To the remaining wax, add 1 drop of the Purple Nature Friendly Liquid Candle Dye. Stir. Pour the wax into the blueberry silicone mold and allow to set up.

Remove the wick bars and trim the wicks to about 1/4".

Add some of the fruit embeds to the top each candle.
