10. 21 grams olive oil

11. 22 grams vegetable glycerin

12. 298 grams distilled water

13. 33 grams stearic acid

14. 42 grams silky emulsifying wax

15. 85 grams apricot kernel oil

16. 11 grams Shea butter

17. 9 grams Lemongrass and Ginger fragrance oil OR

18. 9 grams Tangerine Dreams fragrance oil

19. 4 grams vitamin E oil

20. 6 grams grapefruit peel powder

21. 6 grams orange peel powder

22. 14 grams poppy seed

23. 6 grams aloe vera powder

24. 6 grams optiphen

25. Clean and sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

26. Step 1: Blend the 14 grams of poppy seed in a blender.

27. Step 2: In a large bowl, add 298 grams of distilled water, 21 grams olive oil, and 22 grams vegetable glycerin. Set this aside.

28. Step 3: Using the double boiler method on your stovetop, weigh and melt 33 grams stearic acid, 42 grams silky emulsifying wax, 85 grams Apricot Kernel oil, and 11 grams Shea butter. Then, remove from heat.

29. Step 4: While blending, slowly add the large bowl containing the water, olive oil, and vegetable glycerin mixture to the melted oil/butter/wax mixture. You will notice as the two mixtures combine it will become creamy and slightly thicker.

30. Step 5: Once the temperature reaches 120 degrees Fahrenheit, add 9 grams of with the Tangerine Dreams Fragrance Oil or Lemongrass and Ginger Fragrance Oil, 4 grams of Vitamin E, 6 grams of each orange and grapefruit peel powder, and 6 grams optiphen. Mix well.

31. Step 6: Next, add 14 grams of your blended poppy seed and 6 grams of aloe vera powder to your mixture. Mix well.

32. Step 7: Cover mixture and place in the refrigerator overnight.

33. Step 8: Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and beat with your hand mixer.

34. Step 9: Scoop the mixture into your four oz PET jars and lid.

35. Your Pampered Foot Scrub is now ready for use. Enjoy!
